This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we deliver, including processing times, shipping options, fees, and return-related logistics. By purchasing from Kindred Goods, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
Pre-orders or custom items will note specific processing timelines on the product page.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for domestic shipments.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
4. Shipping Fees
Free Shipping is offered on orders over $50 within the continental US.
Orders below $50 incur a standard shipping fee of **$5.95**.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
5. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.
7. Returns & Shipping Responsibility
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
8. Loss or Damage During Transit
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier delivers the package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
