This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we deliver, including processing times, shipping options, fees, and return-related logistics. By purchasing from Kindred Goods, you agree to this policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Pre-orders or custom items will note specific processing timelines on the product page.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We primarily use USPS Priority Mail​ and UPS Ground​ for domestic shipments.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping​ is offered on orders over $50​ within the continental US.

  • Orders below $50 incur a standard shipping fee of **$5.95**.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.

5. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:​ 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping:​ 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

7. Returns & Shipping Responsibility

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

8. Loss or Damage During Transit

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier delivers the package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
