1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products​ (e.g., e-books, audio files) cannot be returned due to their nature.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or sold at a reduced price are not eligible for return.

2. The Return & Refund Process

Once you initiate a return, here is what to expect:

  1. Inspection:​ Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria above.

  2. Approval:​ If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

  3. Refund Method:​ The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  4. Processing Time:​ Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

  • Non-returnable items, as listed above.
